These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement for renting a booth, the kitchen, or the event center. That agreement is a separate document you sign with us.
Who runs this site
This website belongs to La Rumba Market, 5 E Ranchrite Rd, Yakima, WA 98901. The text, photos, logo, and layout on it are ours or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for your own business.
You are welcome to browse the site, print a page, or share a link with somebody.
About the information on this site
We try to keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise it always is. Rates, hours, event listings, vendor listings, and what the space includes can all change, and sometimes the site is behind. Nothing here is an offer or a price quote.

Rentals, bookings, and payment
Sending a form on this site is a request, not a reservation. Nothing is held for you until we talk and you sign a rental agreement with us.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation, refunds, insurance, cleaning, and the house rules for your event all live in that signed agreement. Where the agreement and this website disagree, the signed agreement wins.
This website does not take payments. You cannot pay a deposit or a balance here, and we will never ask you to enter card details on this site.
Using the site fairly
Please do not use the forms to send spam or anything abusive, do not try to break into the site, and do not scrape it with automated tools. We may block use that causes problems for other people.
Other websites
This site links out to social media, to maps, and sometimes to other businesses. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
No warranty
This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that it will fit any particular purpose you have in mind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Yakima County, WA.
